from Penistone to Denby Dale

This is the route that I took on Monday September 30th 2019 when walking from Penistone to Denby Dale. It is 9.2K long.

Giving up on walking the canals, I decide to walk from Penistone to Denby Dale using a walk called the Pen-Den Trail that's described in this PDF. Usefully, the PDF has a map.
The start of the walk uses the TransPennine Trail. Next to Penistone railway station, there's a blue sign ...
