Cotswold Canals: from Brimscombe to Frampton Mansell

This is the route that I took on Wednesday August 19th 2020 when walking the Cotswold Canals from Brimscombe to Frampton Mansell. It is 8.3K long.

Today I'm walking the Thames & Severn Canal (TASC) from Brimscombe to Frampton Mansell.
This photo has the view looking back at Gough's Orchard Lock which is where I finished yesterday.

Two people I met earlier said there are two egrets in the trees later on - and here they are. At this point the towpath lies between the TASC and a long thin pond and the egrets are on trees on the far side of the pond.

This is the top lock of the Puck Mill Locks.
It's near the village of Frampton Mansell and it's where my walk along the TASC ends today.
It's a steep uphill to the village where my car is and my first footpath to the village terminates abruptly at ...
