Leeds and Liverpool: from Shipley to Rodley

	This section brought back memories. At this point we are at the 5.35K point of the Guiseley Gallop 10K which is a race I did in 2002, 2003 and 2004. The towpath is used from 3K to 5.35K and so the next 2.35K along the towpath form part of the route.
