Exciting news - Running is BACK!

We are proud to announce that we successfully completed our first social distancing run on Sunday 23rd August 2020 at Dalton Park.
The event went extremely well and was a sell out!

How social distancing events will run, what has changed?

All our future events will have staggered starts with runners starting in waves to allow us to stick to the social distancing guidelines.

It is important that we all follow the guidelines below so that the event runs to time and safely for all concerned. 

We will require all runners to complete a Track and Trace questionnaire before attending any of our events.

Participants will need to get to the start area no more than 5 minutes before their start time 

SPECTATORS - where possible we will ask runners to come on their own as we will be trying to minimise the number of people standing around near the finish area.
FINISH AREA - once runners finish we ask for them to return to their cars or the car park area to avoid other runners finishing.
WATER - we advise participants to bring/carry their own water, but there will be bottles provided on courses over 5k if needed where runners must pick them up themselves. 
NUMBER AND CHIP - these will now be posted out to all attendees. We will ask runners to bring their number along on the day. Unfortunately we will not be able to give out safety pins.
MEDALS - following Run Britain's race guidelines, medals will not be given out at the finish - they will be posted out after the race (this also applies to any T-Shirts that were ordered).
SOCIAL DISTANCING - will be strictly maintained at the start and around the race HQ,
